The area around the hotel is quite nice.

I can't believe how inadequate the wifi service was. I specifically ordered it for my work trip, but it was completely unavailable, leaving me unable to communicate with my team. On top of that, the room had absolutely no privacy due to the thin curtains, which felt completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I noticed a terrible stench coming from the sink drain, which did not leave me feeling very comfortable during my stay.

The superior twin room offered decent space for a short stay, featuring functional amenities that met basic needs. Its proximity to charming local attractions makes it convenient for exploring the area.

Navigating to the rooms can feel a bit isolated since they're in a separate building from reception, especially when it's dark and there's a lack of corridor lighting. The thin curtains offer minimal privacy and let in plenty of light, making mornings less enjoyable. the option for dining is quite limited, particularly when the hotel restaurant closes, forcing a reliance on nearby eateries for meals.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The superior twin room was quite spacious and clean, aligning with my expectations. the aging facilities are in need of an overhaul. the bathroom sink had drainage issues, and the towels were on the thin side. Dining options were very limited, and the proximity to a noisy car wash detracted from the overall experience.

A solid stay with a great designer room, really clean, and loved the outdoor space for some fresh air.

the campanile was a nostalgic trip for us, bringing back wonderful memories. we loved how close it was to the chateaux we planned to visit. the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home, just like we remembered from our travels years ago.

I had an incredible experience in my Superior Twin Room, which was spacious and clean, meeting all my expectations. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant stole my heart, especially the fabulous dessert buffet! Plus, their attentive staff made me feel right at home with their friendly service.

Just a nice choice for a fleeting trip in Chantilly with outstanding value. Found a great bakery just 50 yards away for breakfast. Keep in mind there are limited dining options nearby.
